Highlight of our entire week long trip to the west
Our guide, Isiah Thomas, was awesome – we were told about him from some previous rafters. All of the guides were great but ask for him if you can. He is very liberal with snacks and treats his passengers with great hospitality.
1-Day Rafting Colorado River
Nonstop fun in the rapids and learned about geology, plants, history amidst the drop dead postcard scenery!
Grand Canyon Day Rafting Trip
Sidale (spelling) was an amazing guide and story teller. Highly recommend him. The overall experience exceeded our expectations!
Very Enjoyable
Dale River guide is awesome and experienced
Unique, thrilling, informative experience!
Our guide Julian is a top notch navigator, fun guide, and proud Hualapai who shared interesting and fun lore about his land and nation.
It is a long day, but well worth it
The Hualapai crew do a fantastic job hosting and sharing their lands with guests at their lodge and on the river. They aren’t kidding when they say, “You’ll get wet!” and to take lots of water, sun protection!
Awesome Adventure
Our driver, Dale is awesome and his insight to the area was fantastic! Polite, well spoken and new his craft! It was so much more than we expected and will definitely be recommending to others (as well as for our next ride)! Bravo…
Jordan was an excellent river guide
He’s very nice and taught us a lot about the history and culture of the river and canyon.
Be prepared for the weather!
If you see what looks like bad weather coming ask your guide to stop and get your rain gear.
Thanks for everything!
Spent a great day on the river with wonderful knowledgeable guides. Our guide was Dale, who was awesome and super conscientious!

Crystal Rapid – Grand Canyon
One of the more infamous rapids of the Grand Canyon is Crystal Rapid. It ranks between 7-10 on the Grand Canyon rapid scale depending on how high the river is flowing. The rapid itself is created from Crystal Creek entering on river right and Slate Creek entering on river left at the same point on the Colorado river.
