Small Ship Cruises

Geared for adventure, small ship cruises are all about being immersed in the unspoiled wonders of nature while enjoying the camaraderie and comforts of life on-board. These small ships can only hold from 22 to 84 guests depending upon the vessel and trip.

 

Built for expeditions, these cruises offer guests a variety of multi-sport activities including kayaking, hiking, snorkeling and paddle boarding at no extra charge. There are activities offered twice per day with 3 levels of difficulty to allow everyone to find their preferred level of challenge.

 

Once on board, the casual comfort, gourmet meals, and friendly crew make guests feel right at home. Expedition cruises are the perfect trip for multi-generational families, nature-lovers and wildlife enthusiasts who are looking for a unique, and intimate experience at sea.

Crystal Rapid – Grand Canyon

One of the more infamous rapids of the Grand Canyon is Crystal Rapid. It ranks between 7-10 on the Grand Canyon rapid scale depending on how high the river is flowing. The rapid itself is created from Crystal Creek entering on river right and Slate Creek entering on river left at the same point on the Colorado river.
